Тема: Additional information to an application form for a Front Line Defenders Security Grant sent by date: 2014-05-10 6:58 GMT+03:00
Dear ladies and gentlemen!
My name is Vladislav Gheorghe Bogaciov.
I was born on July, 31st, 1969. I'm 44 years old.
I'm a Psychologist, LGBTQI and HR Defender.
I live in the Republic of Moldova.
Since 2003 I practically open promoted in Moldova New Higher LGBT standarts to different persons and organizations.
Also distributed LGBT literature to them based to materials of our local LGBT organization Centrul de Informaţii „GENDERDOC-M” http://gdm.md/.
Already for over 15 years (since 1995 when I was involved in religion,
philanthropy & metaphysics) I have been religious and at the same time
continued scientific researches and development,
initiated by Academician N.A. Kozyrev and leading spiritual researches
in parallel with russian healer S.N. Lazarev.
In
my work I based on the new spiritual approach and Higher standarts of
LGBT groath and progress all over the world developed by the
International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission (IGLHRC) today http://iglhrc.org/
I expirenced personal problems, but attempted to promote ideas of
Lords of LGBT, Global Gay Governance, new LGBT religion
(church, confession) worldwide, LGBT coverige overall, neccessity of NATO
troups in Moldova, anti-LGBT discrimination programmes for gay people
everywhere, LGBT-ization of all countries World
Wide. My spiritual aproach to LGBT development listed on these blogs:
In Moldova, where I live, last month completed the events of Gay Pride.
For 3 months already I have the open conflict with our local LGBT organization Centrul de Informaţii „GENDERDOC-M” http://gdm.md/.
I told them much and critisized for beaten homosexual brothers and collapse of gay brotherhood in the Republic of Moldova.
One of my critical letter is attached.
My detailed report analytical researches about problems inside Moldovan LGBT community are available upon your request.
For
9 year I'm a homeless person living in the conditions of extreme
poverty, was a political prisoner for two years (passed 2 years in
detention fighting against communist mafia and homophobia).
That is why many times I was beaten and robbed, was for two year a
political prisoner and suffered a lot of violence and discrimination in
my Motherland (Moldova).
For instance a year ago I was severely beaten in the house of my girl-friend
Aurica Latescu (47 Calarash str., Chisinau) by two bandits Mihai and Adrian. After it I spent several weeks at a hospital.
My friend Jolijn Santegoeds https://www.facebook.com/jolijn.santegoeds?fref=ts wrote that I have not to immigrate, but have to work in Moldova participating the actual Pride:
"Hi Vladislav, I understand your feelings. I have had times where I
considered leaving the Netherlands as well, because I suffered inhumane
things and too many people don’t seem to understand it (and it goes on
and on, sometimes making me feel like it’s hopeless). But then I
thought: NO I should not turn my back to my brothers and sisters here,
they suffer, and EVERYBODY is already turning their back to them, and
leaves them on their own. I should not do that. I should stay and fight
for the human rights of this group. I will hold my head up high, and I
will stand with my brothers and sisters. I will try to protect them,
because I know how bad it is when there is nobody protecting…. Maybe you
want to reconsider your position. If you would leave Moldova, who will
witness the situation then? Who will speak out? Who will protect your
brothers and sisters? To answer your question, I am afraid I don’t have
the time or knowledge to help you with any of the applications that you
mention. But in case you decide to try to apply, I wish you good luck.
Best wishes Jolijn"
But at the same time Bobbie Traut from Civil Rights Defenders
Moldova said : " Better watch yourself! Genderdoc - M is eligible and
respectful organozation ? But you - re for 9 years a poor homeless
person. You have to think firstly about yourself now. You must start
thinking seriously about your future right now. How can you help others
if you're bad dressed and smelled, you can not be a professional HR
Defender this way, nor achieve something! "
I fight a lot for inside integrity of the Moldovan LGBT community.
During past 10 years I have had a lot of internet projects, blogs
and sites devoted to LGBT development and gay issues (topics), but last
year was pressed to close most of them for public access due to daily
violence and discrimination of mine.
I meet in my everyday life, confront and suffer much of physical
abuse and violence, so I ask you to examine my application form for a
Front Line Defenders Security Grant sent by date: 2014-05-10 6:58
GMT+03:00 (copy of which is attached here to this letter) as soon as it
possible maybe in the term of 48 hours. I do greatly appreciate such
religious programmes as The Gay Christian Network https://www.facebook.com/GayChristianNetwork?fref=ts
and Metropolitan Community Church (MCC) Denomination http://mccchurch.org/ https://www.facebook.com/MCCchurch?fref=ts
I like them, considering that it's a new spiritual approach to LGBTQI issues.

A copy of this letter I send to my friend Iurie Smirnov (Negruzzi) smirnovmc87@mail.ru who helps me to develop my new project - "Rehabilitation Azylum for homeless, aggressed and suffered of extreme poverty persons of LGBTQI community in Moldova" http://azylummoldova.blogspot.com/.
I ask you to inform me and would like to receive a written response whether or not my application is successful.
